A Word from your Father in Heaven
Day 99

MY CHILD,

How did Enoch please Me? What does the record say? Often your imagination goes beyond the record for the sake of your emphasis, and to prove your point. The record doesn't say Enoch ever did anything you call great, or religious. The record says He did one thing, "He walked with Me." He had one ambition, one goal, one plan, one commitment, to walk with Me. He walked with Me consistently and faithfully for a long time.

How did He walk with Me? By faith. If you walk with Me in this world, you will have to do so by faith, for this world is walking in other directions, and by other philosophies. You will have to hear from Me regularly. You will have to believe in Me, and obey Me in spite of what your feelings, your sight, and your observations of others tells you. This is the faith that pleases Me.

Walking with Me comes before working for Me. I am more interested in your walk than your work. Walking with Me is fellowship with Me. I will lead and together we will do the work I want you to do. Come, let us walk through today together.

I love you,
Your Father who awaits you

My Promises

Hebrews 3:1 - "My child, you are a holy partner in a heavenly calling. So look carefully at Jesus, the apostle and chief priest about whom you make your declaration of faith."

Vs. 2 - "Jesus is faithful to me, the one who appointed him, in the same way that Moses was faithful when he served in my house."

Vs. 3 - "Jesus deserves more praise than Moses in the same way that the builder of a house is praised more than the house."

Vs. 4 - "After all, every house has a builder, but I am the builder of everything."

Vs. 5 - "Moses was a faithful servant in my household. He told {the people} what I would say in the future."

Vs. 6 - "But Christ is my faithful son in charge of my household. You are my household if you continue to have courage and to be proud of the confidence you have."
