A Word from your Father in Heaven 
Day 97

MY CHILD,   

How does one trample My Son, the Lord Jesus, underfoot? Remember, I told the Apostle Paul he was persecuting Me when He was persecuting My people. Well, when you trample on My people, you trample on Jesus. You disregard Him.

To understand this terrible sin, you need to remember Christ dwells in you to be your lover and your Lord, to protect, to provide, to guide and all the functions that I, your Heavenly Father, provide for you.

You trample on Him when you disregard, take lightly, take of little significance, what He says to you, whether directly or through others. Remember, He is the Word -- My word. He explains Himself in words to you, and words through others.

Be especially careful of trampling on Him in the lives of the poor, the insignificant, the weak.

Remember, when you trample on Him, you trample on Me. You cannot love Me and trample on Him. You cannot love Him and trample on those He inhabits. You cannot love Him and disregard his presence in your life.

My Promises

Psalm 91:14 - "Because you love me, I will rescue you. I will protect you because you know my name."

Vs. 15 - "When you call to me, I will answer you. I will be with you when you are in trouble. I will save you and honor you."

Vs. 16 - "I will satisfy you with a long life. I will show you how I will save you."

Psalm 147:3 - "I am the healer of the brokenhearted. I am the one who bandages their wounds."
