A Word from your Father in Heaven 
Day 77

MY CHILD,   

Jesus is My apostle to the world. I sent Him into the world bringing the message of what I am like, what I want, My attitude toward sin, sickness, and sorrow. He shares the Message of what I mean by love, peace, mercy.

I sent Him as My messenger; not like the angels who came in the Old Testament dressed in all their glory; not dressed in the glory of an only begotten Son, but dressed in flesh and blood. I sent Him dressed like you are, so you can clearly understand and comprehend all I had to say. I sent Him to live on your level.

The level of human sufferings.

The level of human temptation.

The level of attack by the devil.

I sent Him to taste death for every man, so that He might render powerless the devil who had the power of death.

I sent Him to deliver you who live in fear of that power all your life.

I sent Him to become like you, so as a high priest in My presence, He could represent you from a viewpoint of experiential identification, for now He knows what you have to go through.

He went through life, not as God but as a man. Now, He represents you before Me and is able to come to your aid because He is a merciful and faithful high priest. He holds in his hands, before Me, the blood of the everlasting covenant.

He will come to your aid. He awaits your call for help, and the trusting obedience you give to Him when He answers that call. You need to be like Abraham, a Father, a truster, an obedient one.

My Promises

Isaiah 41:10 - "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."

Psalms 145:8 - "I, your Father am merciful, compassionate, patient, and always ready to forgive."

Philippians 4:6-7 - "Never worry about anything. But in every situation let your Father know what you need in prayers and requests while giving thanks. Then my peace, which goes beyond anything you can imagine, will guard your thoughts and emotions through Christ Jesus."
