A Word from your Father in Heaven
Day 65

MY CHILD,

My Son Jesus represented Me perfectly because He is exactly like Me. As a child in the home, He expressed Me. As a worker in the workplace, He exemplified Me. As a neighbor in a neighborhood, He embodied Me. As a Member of a family, He typified Me. In His early years He portrayed Me in all of life’s situations, He walked the exact path I would have taken in those conditions.

He was natural, supernaturally natural. Those around Him did not know who He really was. Only His mother paused to think, and wonder, as she observed his daily lifestyle. His response, in life and to life, was not with sermons and miracles. He responded with holiness to all the ordinary situations every man goes through. When the time came for Him to fulfill his mission of redemption, He left home and community, and went out according to My call; He again perfectly represented Me. He acted in every situation, exactly and perfectly, as I would have done. It is easy to turn over all authority to Him, to make Him Lord of all, for He is in all things as I am.

I love you,
Your Father who awaits you

My Promises

James 1:2 - "My Child, be very happy when you are tested in different ways."

Vs. 3 - "You know that such testing of your faith produces endurance."

Vs. 4 - "Endure until your testing is over. Then you will be mature and complete, and you won't need anything.

Vs. 5 - "If you need wisdom to know what you should do, you should ask me, and I will give it to you. I am generous to everyone and won't find fault with them."

Vs. 6 - "When you ask for something, don't have any doubts. A person who has doubts is like a wave that is blown by the wind and tossed by the sea."

Vs. 7 - "A person who has doubts shouldn't expect to receive anything from me."

Vs. 8 - "A person who has doubts is thinking about two different things at the same time and can't make up his mind about anything."
