A Word from your Father in Heaven 
Day 51

MY CHILD,   

Jesus, My beloved Son, was the fulfillment of all the types in the Old Testament. He was the sin offering, to which every sin offering in the past was a picture and a type. He, like the sacrifices of old, was taken outside the camp, outside the city to bear your sins, so that in My sight you would be  holy.

Think of what He suffered as He became sin for you. He never knew sin, yet He was forsaken by Me, His Father. He was despised and rejected by men. All of this happened to Him, so you could be accepted, received, and fellowship with us.

I know this is beyond your comprehension and understanding, but do not let this concern you. What I am after is that you avail yourself of, and receive all He did for you.

To do this, you must identify yourself with Him. When you do, not only are you forgiven, you are made holy, and you have the wonderful privilege of fellowship with Me on a continual basis. Do not be ashamed of Him. Identify with Him no matter what the cost.

My Promise

Isaiah 43:2 - "When you go through the sea, I am with you. When you go through rivers, they will not sweep you away. When you walk through fire, you will not be burned, and the flames will not harm you."

2 Corinthians 1:3 - "Praise me, your Father in Heaven! I am your Father who is compassionate and the God who gives comfort."

Vs. 4 - "I will comfort you whenever you suffer. That is why whenever other people suffer, you are able to comfort them by using the same comfort I have given you."
