A Word from your Father in Heaven 
Day 43

MY CHILD,   

You are going to experience hurt over and over again in this life. You will be hurt by brothers and sisters in the faith. You will be hurt by people in the world under the influence of the evil one. You will be hurt by people you try to help. 

You are going to experience hurt with varying degree of intensity, and in a fairly consistent way, so be prepared for it. Mankind is imperfect, and makes mistakes; and you live in the world where the general atmosphere is created by one who is a murderer and a thief.

It happened to My only Son, Jesus, and it will happen to you. Expect it to happen, for it will. When it does, you will not be caught by surprise. Stay full of My grace, so when you are hurt, you will act like Me, forgiving, restoring. The only alternative is bitterness. You have to react to hurt. 

If you do not forgive, you will resent. You cannot be neutral. Stay full of My grace and forgiveness will be easy. Remember even as you are hurt, you hurt others, and want to be forgiven, so be prepared to forgive others.
