A Word from your Father in Heaven 
Day 40

MY CHILD,   

Do you recognize your weakness, the point where you often fail Me? Your weakness is one of the places where the enemy gets you over and over again. Yet your weakness is the point where you can discover Me in the greatest way. Come to Me in weakness, and be made strong for I will be your strength.

No person asks for help unless they know they need it. Therefore, if you do not perceive your weakness, you will not seek My strength because you believe you can handle it.

Your real weakness is those areas in your life you are sure you can handle. In your perceived strength, you try to handle things yourself and the enemy likes this because He can whip you at any place of strength.

You forgot the fact that "without Me, you can do nothing." You realize this in some areas, but in others you think you can handle it, so you do not look to Me to guide you. Not depending on Me for strength, you fail. Without Me, you can do nothing in the spiritual realm. Without Me, you can reach the body and the soul; but never the spirit which is lasting, eternal, and most important.
