A Word from your Father in Heaven
Day 30

MY CHILD,

My servant Moses, made some definite choices about his life, when He was old enough to choose.

Moses had been trained in the best Egypt had to offer. There was nothing unavailable to Him, because He was royalty. Riches, comfort, power, earthly security, all this world had to offer were his if he wanted them. He was in a position to make a legitimate, and real choice.

Faith does not demonstrate itself until there is a choice. Many do what they do, because they are caught in a lifestyle with no real choice. They act as they do, not by faith, but by the imprisonment of a life situation.

Part of faith is making choices. Moses could not have both worlds. He had to choose. His choosing had two parts. He had to refuse to be identified with the Egyptians and he had to choose to be identified with the people of God who were slaves.

You cannot have this world, and My world. You must choose one world and refuse the other. Where there is no choice, there is no faith. Faith is a choice to accept Me, My way and My word over another way and another word.

Faith always involves refusing someone, something, some word. What has faith in Me caused you to lay down and refuse to do because of Me? Has faith in Me caused you to turn your back on something you could do, or have? Have you turned towards what I want for you?

Remember, true Faith always refuses something that it may choose something. It is done because one believes in Me, My Way and My word over another's way and word.

You cannot have Me, and anyone else.

You cannot have My way, and another’s.

You cannot have My world, and this world.

Choose.

I love you,
Your Father who awaits you
