A Word from your Father in Heaven 
Day 24

MY CHILD,   

I am not ashamed for all to know I am the God of Abraham, Moses, Noah, Enoch, Abel, and Sarah. I am not ashamed for them to call Me their God.

I was not ashamed in the presence of the holy angels, or the devil and his angels. I was not ashamed to be called their God in the presence of their contemporaries on earth. In fact, I was proud of them when they proclaimed Me as their God. It is not that they never made mistakes, or stumbled. But it is because they believed in what I said, and they acted on it. Their faith in Me was reflected in their lifestyles and manifested in their trust when they could not see and understand. 

I am not ashamed of you, or to be called your God. Do not concentrate on your mistakes, your sin. I knew you would sin, so I made provisions for it. I know the pressures you go through. I am not excusing what you do, so you can continue to do it; but I am not nearly as hard as you think I am.

Determine your lifestyle by what you believe about Me, and My commands to you. I love you, and am glad to be called your Father.

My Promises

Hebrews 10: 35, 36 - "Do not throw away your confidence; it will be richly rewarded. You need to persevere so that when you have done my will, you will receive what I have promised."

Hebrews 10:23 - "Hold unswervingly to the hope you profess, for I, the one who promised you, am faithful."

Philippians 4:13 - "You can do EVERYTHING through me for I am the one who gives you strength."
